I LOVE spring and the Easter holiday!! The Conner's have been busy - here are some of the activities we have been participating in!...
Like last year, we took Ella to the farm store to see the baby ducks and chicks - she REALLY enjoyed it - she loved looking at them, petting them, and then getting to do her favorite thing ever when we were done with them - washing her hands!
From there, we went to the
EGGstravaganza in
Staunton, which was crazy!! There were tons of people and lots of children eager to hunt eggs. Here's Ella 'hunting'!
It was so cool to watch her do that!!
Then we enjoyed some snacks and...
the Easter Bunny himself was there! She would NOT take her picture with him by herself, but was 'semi-
ok' with me holding her.
And here we are on Easter Eve - I LOVE the spring/summertime evenings - SO beautiful with perfect temperatures!
Then Sunday morning, Ella was SO pleased to see that the Easter bunny made it to see her!! She was SO excited to follow the trail of eggs leading to her
basket!
And when she found her basket she was thrilled!!
She took everything out, and played with each item immediately!!
Sunday was church - to reflect on the real reason for the day! It was a wonderful day/holiday!! If you will notice I have to hold Ella's hand in every picture because her new thing is that when she sees a camera she (purposefully) puts her hands in her mouth!! Be sure to check out 'Ella's picture of the week' to compare her to this time last year! I can't believe we are gearing up for her 2
nd!! birthday!!!
